From the West (West Virginia)
Travel to the Capital Beltway (495/95)
Take 495 South towards Virginia. Stay on 495 at the 495/95 Split (DO NOT
Take 95 South towards Richmond or 395 North towards Washington. Stay on 495.)
Take Exit 1B onto Route 1 North. (Route 1 is at the southernmost point of the beltway) Route 1 North becomes South Patrick St. in Old Town.
Cross Duke Street and street parking is usually immediately available on the left hand curb side.
Summer Productions is located around the corner to the right at 1005 Duke Street.

From the North (Baltimore)
Travel to the Capital Beltway (495/95)
Take 495/95 South towards Virginia. Immediately after crossing over the Woodrow Wilson Bridge,
Take exit 1B onto Route 1 North. (Route 1 is at the southernmost point of the beltway) Route 1 North becomes South Patrick St. in Old Town.
Cross Duke Street and street parking is usually immediately available on the left hand curb side of South Patrick Street.
Summer Productions is located around the corner to the right at 1005 Duke Street.

From Bethesda
Take 495 west toward Virginia. Cross the American Legion Bridge. The George Washington Parkway (heading south) is the first exit after the bridge,
Take this exit. As the parkway enters Old Town Alexandria, it becomes Washington Street. Continue down Washington Street and make a right onto Duke Street (the first right after the statue in the middle of the road which is Prince Street one way east). Proceed 3 blocks down Duke Street and turn right onto South Patrick Street (Rt. 1 North). Street parking is usually immediately available on the left hand curb side of South Patrick Street.

From Washington
Take the George Washington Parkway south. As the parkway enters Old Town Alexandria, it becomes Washington Street. Continue down Washington Street and make a right onto Duke Street (the first right after the statue in the middle of the road).
